CD Review: Prince – 20Ten

So a friend of mine from the UK sent me a copy of this album as it was released for free with the Daily Mirror. It hasn’t been released in the US and to be honest, with the way Prince is acting these days i doubt it will be any time soon.

Back… In the New York Groove!

It’s been a long time since I have blogged anything, so I might as well get back into the swing of things. Anywho, as you all can see, I am in the middle of working on the new layout. This time I didn’t need to search Demonoid.com just to find a decent layout that would fit my needs and all. This one is just perfect for my taste. It even lets me design menu bars so I can make this as my official website, If I choose to do so.

Speaking of which, I am in the process of getting Xander Deccio Photography’s website up and running. I have 2 designs I am working on, one is FTP and the other is WordPress. Depending on what I decide to do, or which one to go with, it will hopefully help me and show all of you what I can do. I can’t wait to show it to all of you guys and I know you’re wondering what I have in store… All I can say is, STAY TUNED!

You probably have noticed a few “Interview” posts I have made in the past months. It’s true, I am working on a podcast with Backbeatseattle.com. I have been working with them for the past 5 months and couldn’t be happier. I am also looking at coming on with other music publications, so if any of you know of blogs/magazines that are looking for photogs/writers/interviewers… Hook an Italian brother up!

So with that being said, I need to get back to working on this crazy bitch and fix the kinks to make it look smooth and what not.

Until then,

PEACE!

Freelance Whales Interview

Freelance Whales played the Yeti Stage at the Sasquatch! Music Festival on Saturday May 30th, 2010. I had the gracious opportunity to interview the band the next day, where i accidentally called them “Freelance Buffalo” after they explained how excited they were to play after Avi Buffalo who graced the Yeti Stage earlier in the day (It was early in the morning and I hadn’t had my Chaitae fix yet.) To hear more of the interview, click the link below. Read the rest of this page »
